Troy "Butter" Higginbotham, 61, of Merryville, Louisiana passed from this life on Saturday, September 10, 2011 in Lafayette, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 from 9 a.m. until time of service at Calvary Baptist Church in Merryville, Louisiana. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Merryville. Bro. Jim Miers, Rev. Bill Harrington & Rev. Roy Hoosier will officiate. Interment will follow at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville.
