Ethel Lee Spikes

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ethel Lee Spikes, who left us on July 1, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on April 23, 1938, in Bancroft, Louisiana, Ethel lived a life full of resilience and service, calling DeRidder, Louisiana, her home.

 A celebration of Ethel's life will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Norris Memorial Church of God in Christ in DeRidder, LA. The public viewing will take place starting at 9:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to join us in remembering this wonderful woman. She will be laid to rest at Spikes Cemetery in Bancroft , LA following the service. Ethel Lee Spikes, your spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew you. You made a lasting impact in your community, and you will be missed more than words can say.
