Judy “Kitty” Wingate, 69, of Pitkin, LA, passed from this life on January 1, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Reid Wingate of Pitkin, LA; son, Landry Reid Wingate II of San Antonio, TX; daughters, Lisa Kay Wingate Deason and Greg of DeRidder, LA and Mary Alice Wingate Pole and Chad of Humble TX;  brothers, Rickey Cunningham and Betty of Deridder, LA and Ronnie Cunningham and Karren of DeRidder, LA; sister, Cathy Cunningham of DeRidder, LA; seven grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Alice Cunningham and brother, Richard Rogers.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, January 4, 2019 also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home.  Brother George Lee Glass and Brother Joey Ruddesill will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Marlow Cemetery in Pitkin, LA.
