Merton Augustus Yonge, III 50, of DeRidder, Louisiana passed from this life on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in DeRidder, Louisiana. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2010 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana with Rev. juan Huertas officiating. Interment will follow at Rosepine Cemetery in Rosepine, Louisiana.

Merton is survived by: Wife: Karen Yonge of DeRidder, LA; Mother: Alice Pontiff of DeRidder, LA; Grandmother: Essie Yonge of Morgan City, LA; Half Sister: Lydia Dunn of Antiocch, IL; Half Brother: Matthew Pontiff of DeRidder, LA; Step Brothers: Mike Yonge of TN, Kirk Yonge of Denham Springs, LA.
