Freddie Ray Baker, Sr., 67, of Pineville, LA, passed from this life on Friday, May 26, 2023.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Freddie Baker, Jr. and Dacia Barbee of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Sonya Bellamy and Jessie of DeRidder, LA, Tangie Baker of North Carolina; brother, Wilbert Baker and Michelle of Youngsville, NC; grandchildren, Dandre Bellamy and Lauren, Jessica Bellamy; great grandchild, Braxton McClintion and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Lee Wallace Baker; parents, Dick and Lucille Baker; brothers, James Baker, Earl Sharrod, Lavonne Baker, Jackie Baker; sisters, Eva Carney, Bonnie Green, Shirley Baker, Brenda Baker, Linda Baker.

Graveside funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, LA. Pastor Murray C. Piper will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, LA.
