Thomas Buford Day

Thomas Buford Day, 77, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Friday, April 5, 2013.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Bertha Day; sons, Stanley Thompson, Ivy L. Day and wife Becky and Paul Day all of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Carla Day Coleman and husband Terry of Longville, LA and Lenora Day of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Marvin Dale Day and wife Velva and Clyde O. Day and wife Karen all of DeRidder, LA; sister, Hazel Sue Arledge and husband Bobby of DeRidder; 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Susie Day; brothers, Ivy Troy Day and Lonnie Leroy Day.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA from 3:00pm until 5:00pm.  Funeral service will begin at 5:00pm following visitation.  Burial will follow at Old Cypress Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.  Brother Kenneth Gibson will officiate.
