Visitation will be held on Friday, June 11, 2010 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Calvary Apostolic Church in Starks, LA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. at Calvary Apostolic Church in Starks, LA with Rev. C.M. Duplissey officiating.  Interment will follow at VFW Annex Cemetery in Starks, LA.

Survived by: Sons, Timothy Shields and wife Heather of Greenwood, IN, Rev. Jeremy Shields and wife Felicia of Starks, LA; Daughters, Ginger Lori Coffey and husband Robert of Banville, IN, Bethany Linscomb and husband Dudley of Starks, LA; Sister, Joyce Liles of Mena, AR; Brother, Dale Morris of Houston, TX; Grandchildren: Chad Shields, Tim Shields, Jonathan Coffey, Morgan Coffey, Hannah Shields, Tamara Shields and Kathrynn Linscomb.
