Ronnie Nelms

Ronnie Lee Nelms, 78, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, May 2, 2022.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of forty-eight years, Brenda Nelms of DeRidder, LA;  sons, Bruce Lee Nelms and Lisa of Alexandria, LA, Darrel Arnold and Lisa of Huntington Beach, CA; daughters, Melissa Marie Stuart and Ray of DeRidder, LA, Serai Nelms and Undra of Pflugerville, TX; aunt, Louise Uber of Baton Rouge, LA; grandchildren, Emmah Raigh Young, Kaelyn Arnold, Donald Ray Stuart, III, B. J. Kizer, KoKo Kizer, Bryson Nelms and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Shirley Nelms; sister, Vicki Bundick.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM at Westview Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA. Brother Jason Hoychick will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Undra Thomas, Ray Stuart, B.J. Kizer, Darrel Arnold, Donald Stuart, Reginald Noble.
