Ronald James Broussard, 75, of Rosepine, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Bryan Broussard of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Allison Smudricks and Scott of Fairhope, AL, Jill Demeritt and Shawn of Moss Bluff, LA; brothers, Joseph Broussard and Libby of Jennings, LA, Duncan Broussard of Crowley, LA; sisters, Mary Sonnier of Kingwood, TX, Brenda Guidry of Crowley, LA; sister-in-law, Bonnie Broussard of Crowley, LA; grandchildren, Ashton Broussard, Brady Demeritt, Logan Smudricks; the mother of his children, Christine Broussard of DeRidder, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, J.B. Broussard; mother, Therese Coles; brother, John Broussard.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 11:00 AM until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 PM at The River Church in Merryville, LA. Pastor Jason Fortenberry will officiate the service.
