Robert Lynn Gamble

Robert Lynn Gamble of Fayetteville, NC, passed from this life on Friday, April 22, 2022.

Robert was will known for his ability to run track. He loved to cook and was an excellent babysitter. Robert graduated from DeRidder High School with the class of 1973.

He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Gamble and his mother, Bessie Gamble.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Ruthie Barrett, Frankie Johnson, Bertha Hightower, Cheryl Battle, Brenda Peeler, all of DeRidder, LA, Emma Renee Gamble of Fayetteville, NC; brothers, Clarence Hightower of Leesville, LA, Daryl Gamble, Felton Gamble of Houston, TX, Richard Gamble of DeRidder, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Pastor Louis Guy will officiate the service.
