Raymond Jason Tyson, 79, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Friday, April 19, 2024.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Raymond Tyson and Jackie of DeRidder, LA; daughters, Misty Willis and Joseph Ford of Pitkin, LA, Melissa Smith and Mark of DeRidder, LA, Patricia Walker of Rosepine, LA; grandchildren, Kayla Young and Mark, Danielle Sonnier, Stephanie Tyson and Wesley Estes, Amanda Lindsey, Timothy Williams and Lakken, Cora Tyson, Dustin Smith and Lindsey, Shane Smith and Victoria, Cheri Loftin and Curtis, Brent Walker and Kaloni, Morgan Cantrell and Cameron; thirty-two great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Cora Mae Tyson; parents, Iron and Irene Tyson; brothers, R.L. Tyson, T.J. Tyson, Arnie Tyson; sisters, Sybil Wilson, Dorothy Whittington.
