Monica Marie Billiot

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Monica Marie Billiot, who departed this life on February 15, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on May 30, 1963, in Raceland, Louisiana, to Jacques and Laura Billiot. Monica was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and cherished matriarch who resided in Rosepine, Louisiana. 

Monica was an embodiment of warmth and kindness, a steadfast presence and the glue that held her family together. Known for her culinary skills, she poured her heart into every meal, creating not just food but cherished memories around the family table. Her infectious smile and caring spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her devoted children, Cassandra Dupre, Jonathan Robertson and wife Annie, Laura Dixon and husband Joseph, and Larry Durpe. 14 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Monica was preceded in death by her parents, Jacques Billiot, Laura Billiot, and sister; Miranda Billiot. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 2:00pm, in the chapel of Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on the same day from 11:00am until the start of the service. Pastor Don Monk will officiate the service. Cremation has been entrusted to Myers Colonial Funeral home after the services. Monica Marie Billiot will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love, warmth, and culinary delight will forever be cherished in the hearts of those she touched.
