Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2011 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and again on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 9 p.m. to 2 p.m. all at Calvary Apostolic Church in Stark, Louisiana. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Calvary Apostolic Church in Starks, La. Rev. Jeremy Shields & Rev. H.R. Bradford will officiate. Interment will follow at  Miller Annex in Starks, La.
