Minnie W. Eaves age 92 passed away Thursday, September 3, 2009 in DeRidder, Louisiana. Minnie Eaves was a resident of Merryville, LA.

Visitation will begin on Sunday, September 6, 2009 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, La from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 7, 2009 at 10:00 am at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, La with the Rev. Michael Eaves and Rev. Alvin Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Cannon Cemetery.

Survivors include: Sons:  Raymond Eaves of Merryville, LA;  James Eaves of Merryville, LA;  George Eaves of Merryville, LA; Daniel Eaves of Merryville, LA Daughter: Marilyn Warden of DeRidder, LA; Gloria Midkiff of Vidor, TX;Pauline Stanford of Rosepine, LA.; 21 Grandchildren and Numerous Great-Grandchildren;

Pallbearers: David Eaves; Michael Eaves; Mark Eaves; Van Eaves; Joe Eaves and John Eaves

Preceded in death by: Husband; James L. Eaves; Son: John W. Eaves; Daughter-In-Law; Alice Faye Eaves; 2 Infant Grandsons; Parents; Billy and Mary Ann (Aunt “D”) Whiddon.
