Midlred Cooley, 94 of Merryville, LA passed from this life on Saturday, July 26,  2008 at Merryville Nursing Home in Merryville, LA.  VISITATION: Monday; July 28, 2008 from 4:00 – 9:00 P.M. and again on Tuesday July 29, 2008 from 9:00 until time of service at Green Oak Baptist Church in Merryville, LA;

SERVICE:  Tuesday; July 29, 2008 at 4:00 P.M. at Green Oak Baptist Church in Merryville, LA

MINISTERS: Rev. DeWayne Sutton & Bro. Bordelon

INTERMENT: Bivens Cemetery; Bivens, LA ;

SURVIVORS:

Son: Jerald and wife Ann Cooley of Merryville, LA; 3 Grandchildren: Warren Cooley and wife Mila of Merryville, LA; Wayne Cooley of Merryville, LA; Wanda Cordero and husband Luis of Raleigh, North Carolina; 5 Great Grandchildren: Brandon, Jared, & Amanda Cooley; Cody & Lindsey Cordero;4 Great Great Grandchildren: Brighton, Brylee, Shailyn, & Aleyah Cooley. Ms. Cooley is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and friends . She loved and enjoyed each one of them.

Ms. Cooley loved farming and working outside. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
