Kyong Cha Weldon

Kyong Cha Pak Weldon, 64, of Sugartown, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of thirty-four years, Louis Weldon of Sugartown, LA; sons, Abraham Weldon and Susan of Virginia Beach, VA, Louis Weldon, III and Carrie of Laurel MD, Donald Weldon and Marcy of Reno, NV; daughters, Heidi Carter and Paul of Pueblo, CO, Rhiannon Weldon of Chicago, IL, Emily Camacho and Robert of Fort Johnson, LA; one brother, three sisters, nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Yong and Yun Pak.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 3, 2024, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
