Judy Virginia Isaacs Wooten

Judy Virginia Isaacs Wooten went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the age of 73 after a sudden brief battle with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). 


She is survived by her children, DeWayne Wooten and wife Rosie, Joseph Wooten and wife Diana, Sheri Poe and husband Cliff, and Brenda Woolever and husband Tony; her grandchildren, Alex Wooten, Jacob Wooten, Caleb Wooten, Jonah Wooten, Ethan Poe and Emily Poe and her brothers: John M Isaacs and William S Ingram. She is preceded in death by her husband, Colin W Wooten; her parents, Herbert M Isaacs and Virginia V Ingram; her siblings, Marjorie A. Dearmon, Allie Ingram, and Jimmy D Isaacs. She was a cherished mother, wife, sister, aunt, Sunday school teacher and friend.  She will be missed by many.  Until we meet again, you will always be in our hearts.


Visitation will be held on Sunday Sept 18, 2016 from 4PM – 9PM and again on Monday September 19, 2016 from 8AM until time of service at The Pentecostal Gospel Lighthouse Church located at 305 N. Bryan St DeRidder, LA 70634.  Funeral services will be held at 2PM on Monday September 19, 2016 also at The Pentecostal Gospel Lighthouse Church. Burial will follow in the Rosepine Cemetery in Rosepine, LA. Rev. Eddie Tilley will officiate.
