Joyce Marie Scott Clark, 66, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Thursday, January 4, 2024.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Romona Scott and Daniel of DeRidder, LA; son, Jason Blackwell of San Bernadino, CA; sisters, Lucille Hargrove Scott, Annie Scott, LaKendra Scott, Gloria Blake, all of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, NýKira Scott, Sýrai Scott, Janyla Island and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Clark; son, Antonio Scott; mother, Clara Hargrove; parents, T.W. and Mary Scott; sister, Judy Colton, Betty Ross; brothers, Bobby Hargrove, Elton Mango.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM at Sunrise Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA. Pastor Alvin Peters will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be her nephews. Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
