Johnny "Bud" Roberts

Johnny “Bud” Roberts, 78, of Merryville, LA, passed from this life on Saturday, May 9, 2020.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Darrel Roberts of Denver, CO, Carl Comer and Tammy of TN; sisters, Shirley Walker and Terry of Westlake, LA, Mary Davis of Leesville, LA; special cousins, Jewes and Sharon Cool of Merryville, LA; grandson, Kason Lee Benson; great grandson, Bryson Joshua Benson;  and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great grandson, Tyler Lee Benson; mom, Edna Lois Roberts; sisters, Kitty Alexander, Ruby Johns, Gloria Alexander and Trudy Alexander.

Private graveside service will be at Hopewell Cemetery in DeRidder, LA. Pastor Chaz Estes will officiate the service.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.  Burial also will be at Hopewell Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.
