Joann Spikes, 69, of DeRidder, Louisiana passed from this life on Monday, March 14, 2011 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder.
