James "Jay" Williams

James Edward Williams, 56, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Monday, August 16, 2021.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of twenty-seven years, Patricia “Pat” Williams of DeRidder, LA; sons, Christopher Williams of Deridder, LA, Timothy Wayne Williams and Lakken of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Amanda Lindsey and Scott of DeRidder, LA; bonus daughters, Tiffany Gaspard and Heath of Dry Creek, LA, Amber Hembree and Matt of Vicksburg, MS; five grandchildren, Alexis, McKenzie, Brady, Gauge and Trenton; two bonus grandchildren, Andrew and Madelyn; parents, Frank and Gertie Williams; brothers, Eugene Williams and Karen, Jerry Wayne “KoJak” Williams and Sharon, Michael Ray “Buckwheat” Williams and Katrina, all of Deridder., LA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  A private funeral service will be held. Burial will follow at Beauregard Cemetery in Deridder, LA.
