Elbert Lee Shine, 56, departed this life on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 3:00 PM at God’s Temple Of Deliverance in DeRidder, Louisiana. Burial will be at Starlight Cemetery in DeRidder, Louisiana.
He is survived by the following: Companion: Glenda Myles of DeRidder, LA; Sons: Keidrick Shine of Oklahoma City, OK; Terrance Homes of Nashville, TN; Laron C. Myles of Iraq; Daughters: Kenya Shine of Oklahoma City, OK Layvonne V. Myles of DeRidder, LA; LaConia Selby of Ames, IA; Brother: Larry Shine; Sister: Peggy Lee of DeRidder, LA; Nephew: Everette Lee of DeRidder, LA and 9 Granchildren.
Preceded in death by his Mother: Lucile Lee; Father: Tommy Shine and Brother: Charles Lee
