Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Threepine Pentecostal Church  in DeRidder, Louisiana. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. at Threepine Pentecostal Church. Rev. Dan Booth will officiate. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at Norris Funeral Home Chapel in Bay Minette, Alabama. A graveside service will follow at 5:00 P.M. at Bay Minette Cemetery in Bay Minette, Alabama.
