Curtis William Phillips, 69, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, August 14, 2022.
Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, James Phillips, Billy Phillps and Betty, Terry Phillips and Linda, all of DeRidder, LA; sister, Patricia Phillips Silvers and Tracy of Alexandria, LA; step-sister, Patsy Hendricks of Blue Jacket, OK and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Columbus and Melina Phillips.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
