Cheryl Ann Betts McEndree

Cheryl Ann Betts McEndree, 67, of DeRidder, LA., was born on August 20, 1957, in Barnesville, Ohio. On June 2, 2025, she was reunited with our Lord and Savior, passing peacefully at home with her family by her side.

Cheryl lived for simple joys- she loved spending time with friends at Johnsonville Bar, before her illness and she never missed an episode of her favorite Westerns or Chicago Fire.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Richard Hoffman, her brothers, Harold Betts Jr., and William Betts, and her sister, Alice Orr.

Cheryl is survived by her daughters; Latasha Kirkland and Jadyn McEndree, her granddaughter; Lexi Kirkland, her brothers; John Betts, James Hoffman, Robert Betts, and Richard Cramlet, sister; Debbie Wilson and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She will be remembered most for her fierce love of family, her unwavering loyalty to those she cared for, and her wicked sense of humor. She could always make you laugh- even on the worst days, and she never missed a chance to joke around with her kids.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 10:00a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery in DeRidder, LA. Milburn Buck Minister will be officiating the graveside service.
