Bobbie Faye Z. Whiddon

Bobbie Faye Z. Whiddon, of Rosepine, LA, departed this life on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the age of 84.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sammie Joe Marchie & Mike of Merryville, LA, Gwendolyn K. Borel of Rosepine, LA, Terry Jean Alston of DeQuincy, LA; her son, William Dean (Buddy) Whiddon & Tonia of Lufkin, TX; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and greatly cherished friends. Miss Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband, John Roy Whiddon; her daughter, Carolyn F. Carroll;  her son, John Edwin Whiddon and her grandson, Benjamin J. Borel.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  A private burial will follow at a later time.
