Billie Jo Mcgehee

July 11, 1932 - December 6, 2015

Billie Jo McGehee, 83, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at her home.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Richard Lee McGehee and wife Faith of Walker, LA; daughter, Claudia West and husband Rick of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Erin Reaux and husband Eric, Jessica Comeaux and husband Kyle, Amanda Gentry and husband Joe, Lana Ramirez and husband Neo, and Scot West and wife Joni; great grandchildren, McKenzie, Spencer, London, Laken, Maddison, Emma, Landon, Damian, Lincon, Case, Paightyn, and Maddy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.R. McGehee; parents, Rob and Beulah Wagnon; father and mother-in-law, Clint and Lanie McGehee; sister, Myrtle Spears; brothers, Pete and Billy Wagnon.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 7, 2015 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.  Funeral service is Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 10:00am at New Life Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.  Burial will follow at Dry Creek Cemetery in Dry Creek, LA.  Rev. Lynn Clayton will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Life Baptist Church or Dry Creek Cemetery.
