Billie Jean "Ricky" Richards, 58, of Hooks, Texas, passed from this life in Merryville, Louisiana.  Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Jeremy Richards and wife Jolie Hebert of Merryville, Louisiana; brother, David Colon of New Orleans, Louisiana; sister-in-law, Debra Richards of Maydale, Texas; grandchildren, Evelyn and Sylvia Richards of Merrryville, Louisiana; nieces, Tami Foukes of Chatanooga, Tennessee and Jessica Richards of Austin, Texas and nephew, Hank Richards of Austin, Texas.
