Betty Ruth Duhon Vincent, 73, of DeRidder, LA, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 20, 2017.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Louis Vincent, Jr. of Rosepine, LA; Joseph Lesley Vincent & Angela of Iowa, LA and Billy Ray Dugas, Jr. & Tiffany of Sulphur, LA; daughter, Norma Braxton of Rosepine, LA; brothers, Jessie Duhon of Sulphur, LA; Jimmy Duhon of Carlyss, LA and Frank Duhon & Bertha of Sulphur, LA; sisters, Helen Vincent of Sulphur, LA, Margaret Vincent of Carlyss, LA and Viola Vincent of North Carolina; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ramus Vincent; daughter, Sally Jean Istre; parents, Joseph & Eva Duhon; brother, Robert Duhon.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, Louisiana.  Funeral services will be Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10:00 AM also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home.  Pastor Hilton Wells will officiate.  Pallbearers are Johnny Garlingcon, Jr., Dewey Hickerson, Anthony Cain, Lee Babbin, Matthew Pullam and John Pullam.  Burial will follow at Farquhar Cemetery in Sulphur, Louisiana.
