Audrey Mae Hadnott Mayes, 67, of DeRidder, LA passed from this life on Wednesday, December 18, 2013.  Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Frank Mayes of DeRidder, LA; son, Carl E. Thompson II of Baton Rouge, LA; daughter, Carolyn F. Mayes of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Archie Lee Hadnott of Merryville, LA, James Hadnott of DeSoto, TX, Joe Hadnott of DeRidder, LA, Bobby Earl Hadnott of Sugarland, TX, Moses Hadnott of Decatur, GA, Roy Hadnott of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, John Wesley Hadnott of Missouri City, TX; sisters, Delores Whatley of Hercules, CA, Carolyn Ann Bailey of Houston, TX, and Sharon Marie Stewart of DeRidder, LA; grandchildren, Morgan, Mia and Cameron Thompson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Cora Hadnott, brother, Boise Hillard; sister, Charlotte Hadnott.

Visitation will be Friday, December 27, 2013 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral services are Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 11:00am at St. Mary Church of God in Christ in DeRidder, LA.  Burial will follow in Beauregard Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.a
