Ann Steward 80 of DeRidder, LA passed from this life on Thursday, February 18, 2010. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 from 6:3 PM until 8:00 PM at Starlight Missionary Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.  Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday February 24, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at Starlight Missionary Baptist Church in DeRidder, LA.  with Rev. Daniel Stafford officiating. Interment will be at Starlight Cemetery in DeRidder, LA.

Ann is survived by; Husband: George E. Steward of DeRidder, LA; Brothers: Herman Lee Jackson of Dallas, TX and Henry Lee Jackson of Los Angeles, CA; Sister: Elester Jean-Cooper of Tulsa, OK; Uncle: Prince Dunn of Arcadia, LA; 2 step grandchildren

Ann is preceded in death by: Parents Herman Lee and Narvell Dunn Jackson and sister Essie Jean Jackson-Kleinpeter

She retired from the Beauregard Parish School system after 35 years. She was a member of numerous civic organizations, a faithful member of Starlight Missionary Baptist Church - Rev. Daniel Stafford pastor.
