Willie Norman

CSM Retired / Brother Willie H. Norman Sr was reared by his grandparents, Willis and Emma Norman. Upon graduating high school, Brother Norman joined the United States Army in September 1950, where he served 31 years for his country.


While serving, he accomplished many achievements, and most importantly, he attained the grade of Command Sergeant Major in Logistics and Culinary Arts.


During Brother Norman’s many tours of duty, he became a Veteran of the Korean and Viet Nam wars. He retired at Fort Polk, LA., 1981.


Bro. Norman was a faithful member and officer of New Hope CME Church, DeRidder, LA.


His Homegoing Service will be held at New Hope CME Church, Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 11:00 AM; viewing, 9:00-11:00 AM, under the direction of Myers-Colonial Funeral Services. Masks Required.
