A very special thanks goes out to Dr. Henry Goolsby and staff, especially, Amanda and Kyla; hospice care by Laura and Tiffany; and care given at Women and Children’s Hospital in Lake Charles.  We would like to thank everyone for all the prayers and support from other family and friends over the last 8 years.  He will truly be missed by all.
