Mrs. Bailey lived in the Providence Community since 2002. She was born in Manitow, Colorado and spent most of her life in Texas. She worked for 25 years as a South Western Bell phone operator. She was a wonderful preacher's wife, world's greatest mother & grandmothr. She was loved and respected by everyone who knew her. She was a mom to everyone. She is survived by
