at Grace Church in DeRidder, Louisiana.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2011
at 1:00 P.M. at Grace Church.

Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in DeRidder, Louisiana.

Donne graduated from Merryville High School in 1965. He served in the Military from July 1966 to June 1968. After  his military service he worked at the Paper Mill in Evadale, Texas until starting at Calcasieu Paper Mill in Elizabeth, LA. Donnie then traveled  on construction jobs working in chemical plants, refineries and paper mills until he started at Bosie Paper Mill in DeRidder, LA. He worked there until he retired, December 21, 2010.  Donnie was a member of Grace Church where he served previously as assistant head usher, making everyone feel welcome when they came through the doors for several years.

He is survived by

Mr. Meissner was a native of Minnesota
 and resident of DeRidder for 14 years.
He was a lifetime member of the Lutheran Church
and an active member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church.
